Customers have a 60-day trial period to test products and may return them for a refund if they are not satisfied.
- Items must be in original packaging and new condition.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products within 60 days or errors in shipping.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied if the item is returned without the original packaging intact.

- In-Ceiling/In-Wall Speakers: Ten (10) Years Parts
- Volume Controls: Five (5) Years Parts
- Amplifiers, Powered Home Theater Subwoofers & Selectors: Two (2) Years Parts
- Outdoor Speakers, Outdoor Subwoofers: One (1) Year Parts
- AV Cables, Wires & Connectors: One (1) Year Parts
- TV Wall Mounts: Seven (7) Year Parts
